On-Demand Infrastructure for Growing Businesses.

1. Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total contract value is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than one (1) week prior to the event date.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date forfeit the deposit in full. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking at DJENTNOW's discretion.

3. Setup & Access: A minimum of 90 minutes of setup time is required before the scheduled event start time. The client is responsible for ensuring venue access is available during this period.

4. Force Majeure: DJENTNOW is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or venue closures. In such cases, a full rescheduling credit will be issued.

5. Equipment & Venue: The client agrees to provide a safe and suitable environment for all equipment. DJENTNOW reserves the right to discontinue services if the environment poses a risk to personnel or equipment.

6. Music Requests: DJENTNOW will make every effort to honor music requests. However, the DJ reserves the right to exercise professional judgment regarding song selection to maintain event flow and atmosphere.
