How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your plan at any time from your Account Settings under the Billing section. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll only be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose any paid access.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within 5 minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us. For SSO-enabled accounts, password resets are managed through your identity provider.
What are the API rate limits?
Rate limits vary by plan: Free (100 req/min), Pro (1,000 req/min), Business (10,000 req/min), Enterprise (custom). You'll receive a 429 response when the limit is hit. We recommend implementing exponential backoff in your integration. Enterprise customers can request higher limits.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're unhappy for any reason within 14 days of subscribing, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Is my data encrypted?
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Our infrastructure runs on AWS with multi-region redundancy, and we perform regular third-party security audits.
Does tecnd support webhooks?
Yes! Webhooks are available on Pro plans and above. You can configure up to 10 webhook endpoints (50 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise). We support custom headers, retry logic with exponential backoff, and payload signing with HMAC-SHA256 for security verification.
How do I add team members?
Go to Settings → Team → Invite Members. Enter their email address and assign a role (Viewer, Editor, or Admin). They'll receive an invite email valid for 7 days. Team member seats are included in your plan — check your plan details for the seat limit.
Where do I find my API keys?
Navigate to Settings → API → API Keys. You can generate new keys, set expiry dates, restrict by IP address, and revoke old keys from this panel. Never share your API keys. Use environment variables in your code and rotate keys if you suspect they've been compromised.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. You can export your data in CSV, JSON, or XLSX format from the Analytics and Reports sections. For large datasets, we support scheduled exports delivered to your S3 bucket or via SFTP. Data portability is a core principle — you own your data.
How does two-factor authentication work?
We support TOTP apps (Google Authenticator, Authy), hardware security keys (FIDO2/WebAuthn), and SMS codes. 2FA can be made mandatory for your whole team by an admin under Security Settings. We strongly recommend using an authenticator app over SMS for stronger security.
